I first learned about Kimberly, when my friend sold his condo unit thru her and raved about her guidance in helping him to get immediate offers at top dollar. He encouraged me to give her a call.

When i met Kimberly, she walked me through my condo and suggested to me the specific improvements that i would need to make at the place sell at full price. I told her that i didn't know how to make those improvements and I didn't know any handymen. She then put me in touch with an exemplary (yet fairly priced) contractor who could do the work on my behalf.

After the necessary improvements were made, we listed the condo and a few weeks later, i ended up selling the little place for significantly more than i imagined would have been plausible. (The money I put into the renovations paid off big-time.)
